DESCRIPTION:
Manufactured in England by Meccano Ltd and first released in 1961 this BR maroon Sleeping Car is in very good condition. An excellent looking coach with a slight mark to the roof on one end (see photo's). The mark appears to be heat related and so difficult to remove. however this does not detract greatly from the overall condition which is in all other aspects outstanding.

BOX:
The box is also in very good condition with minimal scuffing to corners and end flaps and minor rusting to staples. Good shape (evidence of past crushing at one end) and colour retention with all end flaps present.

'OO/HO' (1:76/1:87)

GRADE:
C07/8 - Excellent to Near Mint / Near Mint

NB: Our grading system was obviously created for Die-cast models and is occasionally applied to others (plastic vehicles, locomotives, rolling stock, etc.) to help give an indication of an items condition or comparison against a new one of the same type. In these instances it can only be used to compare appearance and not operational suitability.
