Please read this extract from our Terms and Conditions................

10.00     DELIVERY

          It is our aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Orders are shipped using a Royal Mail service or a reliable courier suitable for the items purchased and customers are notified by email of the date of despatch.

For the UK most orders will be received within 5 working days of the despatch date, for Europe 5/7 days and the Rest of the World 7/10 days.

Should you not receive your order within these timescales (dependent upon your location) please contact us and we will do all possible to trace your property and expedite delivery. It is our aim to provide an efficient and reliable service however we will not accept any liability for failure to meet an intended delivery date.

Claims for goods received damaged will not be entertained beyond 72 hours of the receipt date.

FREE POSTAGE...........

Our FREE postage service is applicable to United Kingdom addresses only and may at times exclude The Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. If they are to be made charges for deliveries to these areas will be shown at checkout and always prior to payment beign taken. Costs can vary between £0.00 - £9.95 dependent on the size of your order (see footnote).

Delivery charges for E U Countries, Mainland Europe and Baltic States will range from £4.50 - £14.95 (see footnote).

Charges to the Rest of the World including - USA, Africa, Asia and Australasia range from £5.95 - £29.25 (see footnote).

FOOTNOTE: Any prices quoted in this section are size and weight related - Packages exceeding 10kgs and/or those above 65cm in length may well incur additional cost to those listed above.
