DESCRIPTION:
Made in England by Lesney and first released in 1971 this early Superfast model is in excellent condition and a perfect example of this fine vehicle. Originally produced in two colours this particular model is finished in Metallic Pink.

Minor paint chip to rear (see photo) is reason for downgrade.

BOX:
The original box (later Type H3) is in a very reasonable condition with minor scuffing in places. Some creasing but colour retention is good as is the shape and overalll condition. In all a fair example of this rarer box type

GAUGE / SCALE:
Known as 'Box Scale' (made to fit the box) Matchbox 1-75 and Superfast vehicles vary in scale and can be anything between 1:50 / 1:110

GRADE:
C10 - Mint

NB: Our grading system was obviously created for Die-cast models and is occasionally applied to others (plastic vehicles, locomotives, rolling stock, etc.) to help give an indication of an items condition or comparison against a new one of the same type. In these instances it can only be used to compare appearance and not operational suitability.
