DESCRIPTION:
This
Dinky Sunbeam Rapier was first released in 1958 and continued in
production until 1963. Available in two variants, Yellow lower body with
Deep Cream upper and Blue lower body with Turquoise upper as we have
here.
The model is in excellent condition and warrants the Near Mint
caption.
There is a minor speck in the roof paintwork (can be seen in
one photo) which we believe may have been there since conception and
there is some rubbing to raised areas otherwise all is fine.
The rear
window has a 'running in' sticker which would have been apt for a
vehicle of this age therefore we have chosen to leave it although it
could easily be removed.
This is a good example and of a standard perfect
for collection.

The yellow and red picture box with correct colour spot on both ends is in Fair condition. Edges scuffed and one side flap missing but in very reasonable shape and with good colour retention.
