DESCRIPTION:
Made in England by Lesney and produced from 1978 to 1980 the Combine Harvester (other than a few pre-production variants) was only ever issued by Lesney in Red with Yellow reel and grain spout. For the collector variances can be found in the front wheels. There are solid black regular wheels, four spoke black Superfast, four spoke yellow Superfast and ten spoke silver Superfast. Both the yellow and silver tend to be the more scarce.

This particular model is in excellent condition and has the four spoked Superfast yellow front wheels. The model has been downgraded due to a few minor paint chips to the top edge and some rub marks where the spout has passed over. Otherwise the condition is very, very good.

BOX:
The original box (Type L2) is in very good condition without defect with good colour retention and firmness and all end flaps intact.

GAUGE / SCALE:
Known as 'Box Scale' (made to fit the box) Matchbox 1-75 and Superfast vehicles vary in scale and can be anything between 1:50 / 1:110

GRADE:
C08 - Excellent

NB: Our grading system was obviously created for Die-cast models and is occasionally applied to others (plastic vehicles, locomotives, rolling stock, etc.) to help give an indication of an items condition or comparison against a new one of the same type. In these instances it can only be used to compare appearance and not operational suitability.
