DESCRIPTION:
Made in England and first released in 1978 the Flat Car and Container were produced in a number of different colours. The car itself can be a gloss black through to a dull grey and the container in Beige, Red, Orange, and Blue. There are also differing labels on the container sides. This particular version (container in beige) has the 'NYK' label and both car and container are in mint condition. .

BOX:
The original box (Type L1) is in very good condition. Some extremely minor scuffing but good colour and firmness with all end flaps intact.

GAUGE / SCALE:
Known as 'Box Scale' (made to fit the box) Matchbox 1-75 and Superfast vehicles vary in scale and can be anything between 1:50 / 1:110. This particular model is said to be 1:188

GRADE:
C12 - Mint
