DESCRIPTION:
Made in England and first released in 1978 the Diesel Shunter was produced in only two colours, Green and Yellow. There are variants to be had with differing decals and either a black or red undercarriage other than that not a lot else to add.

This particular model is Yellow with Red base brandishing the 'D 1496 RF' decal.

BOX:
The original box (Type L1) is in very good condition. Some minor scuffing and evidence of slight crushing but good colour and firmness with all end flaps intact.

GAUGE / SCALE:
Known as 'Box Scale' (made to fit the box) Matchbox 1-75 and Superfast vehicles vary in scale and can be anything between 1:50 / 1:110. This particular model is said to be 1:188

GRADE:
C12 - Mint
